Fishing on St. John

I will be visiting St. John at the end of Feb. (camping at Cinnamon Bay)
and I was wondering what fishing opportunities exist for fishing from shore.
Could anybody provide any information re regulations, species,
techniques, good locations, or any licence requirements?
