Yes, there is. It's a small store in Cruz Bay. I don't remember the name of it, but in the two trips to St. John ( the most recent in May 1997) my wife and I shopped there. It is
well stocked with lots of items. My wife is vegetarian and we both eat natural foods. Yes it is a little expensive, but not out of line with everything else on the/an island.
