Oh Rebecca, I have been married for a very long time. I wasn't married on St. John. But we do vacation there as often as we can. We have travelled to a lot of places, but St. Joh remains our favorite. The last time we were there, April '99, we travelled in a group of ten and rented one of the villas through Caribbean Villas and Resorts. Diane Janelle and her group are just incredible. You can take a look at their villas at the website: www.caribbeanvilla.com I can't say enough about them. Anyway, in April we engaged the services of Seamus Mulcare for a dinner prepared in our villa for the ten of us. Outstanding, Rebecca. I wish I still had the menu he mailed us etc. so I could give you an idea for $$$$$$. We thought it was reasonable. I think you can view a sample menu at a website called "room service". I'll see if I can locate the exact address for you. It was really wonderful. I can't imagine that it would be any different for your wedding. Good luck and much joy to you!
